Undergraduate and Graduate Student categories must attach proof of student status at the time of registration.

ATTENTION: Payment of the presenter’s registration must be made until November 15th.

Requests to change participation mode can be requested until November 11th via email: icbc@unicamp.br

General Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Only returns requested by October 31, 2024, will be accepted, which should be sent to icbc@unicamp.br. Returns will only be made 15 days after the event (20% of the registration fee paid).

Special discounts for caravans:

The caravan can have participants from any category of registration!

How to register the caravan:

• The method is very simple, but the Coordinator’s role in guiding the group is fundamental;
• Instruct the group to wait for the discount coupon to be sent before registering on the website;
• Send a list in Microsoft Office Excel with the contact details of the Coordinator (a) of the caravan, the data of each member (full name, email, category). Indicate in the spreadsheet which registration was chosen for exemption from the registration fee;
• After receiving the caravan data, a discount coupon will be created to be applied by participants at the time of registration;
• Each participant must register through the website, apply the discount coupon and choose the payment method;
• Please pay attention to the payment deadline to ensure your registration does not expire;
• In case of non-payment of registration which compromises the minimum number of participants, it will be necessary to refund the amount of the discount applied to the group.

Deadline for caravan registration: September 30th

Payment Methods:

•   Bank slip

   The deadline for clearing payments made by bank slip will be up to 14 days.

•  Credit card

The charge of interest is the responsibility of the credit card operator, we split up to 5 times.
