It's time for you to prepare your poster to publicize the results of your important research! 🔬😍

The poster must be prepared clearly and precisely;

The poster size must be 0.80 m wide x 1.0 m high;

The poster language must be in English;

Presentations may be in Portuguese;

The text must include a brief introduction, objectives, materials and methodology, experimental results, conclusions and funders (if any) and references (maximum 5);

Insert images to facilitate visualization;

In the upper corners, insert a rectangular text box (without borders) with the following measurements and image:

• 6.5 cm wide x 6.5 cm high;
• Official logo of the authors' institution (if there are more than 2 institutions, place the logos side by side);
• Official ICBC logo (already in the template).

Poster Template: You can find the poster template here and it is mandatory to follow the information order according to the template.

The poster must be printed by the participant before the event;

The poster material is up to the participant;

We will provide a hook to hang it, as well as double-sided tape to attach the poster;

We will not print the poster on site.

It is important to note that by submitting your abstract for presentation at the event, you authorize ICBC and the company Galoá to publish your work, granting you, free of charge and permanently, the copyright and use of your image in photos. You declare that the work provided is your own and that you therefore assume full responsibility for its content. You also authorize its publication in any existing media and supports, including the event website, on the Internet, as well as its reproduction in other event publications, communication to the public, editing, re-editing or adaptation, and distribution.”
