It's time for you to prepare your presentation to share the results of your important research! 🔬😍

Good quality audiovisual content is essential to arouse the interest of listeners and increase the impact of your research. Here we have gathered some tips and technical information for your video.

• Duration: 5 to 10 minutes
• Screen format: 16:9
• Quality (resolution): 720p
• File type: mp4.
• Language: English or Poruguese

📆 The system will be open on November 25th to receive presentations. The deadline for submission is December 6th.

Any author may present the paper as long as the author responsible for the submission is registered (paid registration) to participate in the ICBC.

📢 To receive a Presentation Certificate, it is essential to submit the video.

Poster Template: The slide template is MANDATORY. The PowerPoint file must be used to present the content of your presentation, and the video itself must contain the author's explanation of the content being presented in the slides.

Prepare a script for your presentation, starting with the motivation/introduction of the work and making its objectives clear. Present the development of the research, the results achieved, materials and methods used, the conclusion of the research, references (up to 5 citations) and acknowledgments (if any). Take the opportunity to highlight issues that go beyond the written text that was submitted to raise questions for discussion.

It is important to highlight that by submitting your video to the event, you authorize ICBC and the company Galoá to publish the work of your authorship, granting you, free of charge and permanently, the copyright and use of my image in the video. You declare that the work provided is your own and that you therefore assume full responsibility for its content. You also authorize its publication in any existing media and supports, including on the event website, on the Internet, as well as reproduction in other publications of the event, communication to the public, editing, re-editing or adaptation and distribution.”
