Juliana Pallone
Faculty of Food Engineering, UNICAMPShe holds a degree in Chemistry from the Federal University of São Carlos (1998), a master's degree in Food Science from the State University of Campinas (2001) and a PhD in Food Science from the State University of Campinas (2005). He worked in the Young Researcher Program at an Emerging Center - School of Chemistry PUC-Campinas (2005 to 2008). He is currently a professor in the area of food analysis at the State University of Campinas, School of Food Engineering, Department of Food Science and Nutrition. He has experience in the area of food analysis. He develops research in food analysis with the application of atomic spectrometry techniques, with an emphasis on in vitro digestion and bioaccessibility tests of essential elements and vibrational spectroscopy and chemometrics.
