- The posters will be indexed by thematic axis + alphabetical order of the presenter's name.

- On the day of the presentation, the poster for the first session must be FIXED between 9:00 and 10:00 and REMOVED between 13:00 and 14:00.

- For the second session, the poster must be FIXED between 14:10 and 15:00 and REMOVED between 18:00 and 19:00.

- The presentations will be held at the Unicamp Multidisciplinary Gymnasium and will last 50 minutes. The presenter's presence during this period is mandatory.

The Judging Committee will evaluate the work during the Poster Session.

- The poster must be printed by the participant before the event;

- The material of the poster is at the participant's discretion;

- We will provide a hook for hanging, as well as double-sided tape for attaching the poster;

- We will not print the poster on site.
